Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum

We are looking for an exceptional Unit Manager to join a well-established nursing home in Norfolk, where your expertise will have a direct impact on the care and wellbeing of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the nursing team within your designated unit.
- Oversee the development and implementation of care plans.
- Ensure high standards of care are delivered, meeting regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and support the team to ensure clinical and professional development.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and review patient care and report any issues or concerns.
- Manage staffing levels, ensuring the right mix of skills and competencies.
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and caring environment for both staff and residents.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse with active NMC pin.
- Proven experience in a managerial or senior clinical role within a care home or similar environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a team effectively, with a hands-on approach.
- A passion for elderly care and improving quality of life.
- Excellent knowledge of regulatory standards and guidelines.
