Mental Health Nurse ( RMN )  –  CAMHS 
Location: Chelmsford Salary: £36,000 – £38,500
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Vacancy Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Role Overview:

• Deliver patient-centred care, ensuring both mental and physical well-being.
• Develop therapeutic relationships to enhance engagement and recovery.
• Follow codes of conduct, standards, and regulations, promoting ethical practice at all times.
• Contribute to patient assessments, create individual care plans, and monitor progress.
• At a senior level, lead shifts, mentor student nurses, and support the nursing team.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Registered Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ) qualification and valid registration.
• Strong teamwork skills, self-motivation, and a flexible approach to working patterns.
• Commitment to patient-centred care with a focus on evidence-based practice.
• Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
