Private Healthcare Setting – Essex
£47,300 – £53,700 per annum
Full Time | Permanent | 37.5 hours
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and proactive Ward Manager to take the lead on an acute mental health ward within a well-respected independent hospital setting.
This role is ideal for a highly motivated nurse leader seeking the chance to combine clinical expertise with team leadership in a dynamic, therapeutic environment. The hospital supports adults and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health conditions and offers residential, day care and outpatient treatment pathways.

We’re looking for:
- A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin
- At least three years’ experience at senior nurse level in mental health services
