Senior Recruitment Consultant – Senior Appointments & Executive Search (Healthcare & Medical)
Fareham – 3 days a week in the office
Salary negotiable (DOE) + uncapped commission

The Role: Senior Appointments
We’re now looking for someone exceptional to launch and lead our Senior Appointments & Executive Search desk. This is a unique opportunity to build a desk – and a brand – with full autonomy and support.
You’ll be recruiting Heads of Service, Clinical Directors, Deputy Directors, C-suite leaders, and other senior roles across the healthcare and medical landscape.

About You
You’ll likely be a seasoned recruiter who:

• Has experience placing senior or executive-level roles
• Can operate independently and build from scratch
• Is credible and consultative with clients and candidates
• Brings a proven track record in relationship-led recruitment
• Has strong commercial acumen and can spot market opportunity
• Has a specialism in Healthcare or Medical recruitment
