We are supporting a highly respected elderly-care organisation in the South Cotswolds as they recruit an experienced Home Manager to lead one of their flagship services. This provider is known for outstanding environments, strong investment in care quality and a commitment to person-centred dementia care.

As Home Manager, you will take the lead in shaping the home’s culture, developing a motivated and engaged team, and ensuring residents experience the highest standards of dignity, safety and wellbeing. You will have the autonomy to influence practice, strengthen performance and embed a positive working environment where staff feel supported and valued.

We are seeking a confident leader with proven experience managing an elderly care home, ideally within a high-quality or luxury setting.
