Salary: £45,000

A long-established, family-run care provider in the North East is looking for an experienced Operations Director to oversee supported living and small residential services for adults with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health needs, Autism, ABI and complex behaviours.

You’ll lead stable, well-established teams while driving service quality, growth and new business. The role includes managing enquiries, negotiating with Local Authorities/NHS, and supporting ongoing expansion across the region.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong background in LD/MH services (supported living essential)
• Confident in commercial negotiations and business development
• Experienced in working with commissioners and regulators
• Able to handle operational issues and lead teams effectively
