Are you an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager looking to join a nursing home known for being warm, supportive, and truly family-oriented?

I’m recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded nursing home in Norfolk, seeking a confident and clinically strong Clinical Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager and lead on clinical standards, quality, and people management.

This is a leadership-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys shaping clinical excellence rather than being tied to the floor.

About You

• Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN
• RGN or RMN
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Deputy Manager within a nursing home
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and clinical governance
