GP – Urgent Care Centre
Location: London
Salary: Up to £90,000 (pro rata)
Hours: 32 hours per week

The Role

We are recruiting a General Practitioner to join a well-established Urgent Care Centre in London, delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient population. This is an excellent opportunity for a GP who enjoys a fast-paced clinical environment with a strong focus on adult urgent care, alongside some paediatric exposure.

The role offers excellent work-life balance, structured shifts, and the opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team including nurses, ANPs, HCAs, and clinical support staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients presenting with urgent, non-life-threatening conditions
• Provide high-quality clinical care in line with national guidelines and best practice
• Manage predominantly adult presentations, with some paediatric cases
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary urgent care team
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure patient safety at all times

Requirements

• Fully qualified GP with GMC registration
• Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience
• Background in Urgent Care, A&E, Minor Injuries, or similar acute settings
• Paediatric experience desirable, but not essential
• Confident managing acute presentations in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
