We’re working with a well-established care provider to recruit a Clinical Lead for a large, well-run care home delivering high-quality residential, nursing and dementia care. This is a fantastic opportunity for a clinically strong nurse who enjoys leading teams, shaping best practice and making a real impact on residents’ lives.

As Clinical Lead, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Home Manager and senior leadership team, taking responsibility for the clinical standards across the service. You’ll use your professional judgement to make informed clinical decisions, oversee care planning and ensure compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding requirements.

You’ll lead by example on the floor, working closely with the nursing team to promote best practice, support professional development and ensure care is always delivered to the highest standard. This is a supernumerary role, offering the time and autonomy to focus on leadership, quality and continuous improvement.

About You

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with current NMC registration
• Previous experience in a care home management or senior clinical role
• Strong knowledge of clinical governance, safeguarding and medication guidelines
• Confident, motivational leader with experience in mentoring and performance management
• Compassionate and person-centred approach to care
• Full UK driving licence
