We are working on behalf of a well-established care provider in Bradford to recruit a confident and compassionate Senior Carers. If you enjoy delivering high-quality, person-centred care and mentoring a team, this could be the perfect role for you.

As a Senior Carer, you’ll lead by example, supporting residents’ wellbeing and guiding the care team on shift. You’ll ensure the highest standards of care are maintained while mentoring and supporting junior staff.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in a Senior Care Assistant / Senior Carer role
• Proven experience administering medication
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior staff
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care
• Good communication skills and a professional approach
