Home Manager – Specialist Neurological & Rehabilitation Service

£65,000–£70,000 + market-leading benefits package

Are you an experienced Home Manager ready to lead a highly specialised neurological and rehabilitation service?

This is a unique opportunity to join a well-resourced, multi-disciplinary service supporting adults with complex neurological conditions, long-term disabilities and respiratory needs.

Residents have access to excellent facilities including a hydrotherapy pool, fully equipped gym, spacious communal areas and beautiful grounds — all designed to promote recovery, independence and quality of life.

We’re looking for a strong, clinically credible Home Manager with experience in complex care, neuro, or specialist nursing environments. You’ll be confident leading multi-disciplinary teams, driving quality and compliance, and creating a positive, person-centred culture across the service.
