Location: Central London
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (DOE)
Contract: Full-Time | Permanent
Shifts: Mixed rota – Days, Nights & Weekends

The Role

As a Staff Nurse (Spinal & Orthopaedics), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality perioperative and post-operative care to patients undergoing complex spinal and orthopaedic procedures.
Working within a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, you will ensure patients receive safe, effective, and compassionate care throughout their inpatient journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of clinical care to spinal and orthopaedic patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Monitor patients post-operatively, recognising and responding to clinical changes
• Administer medications and manage pain effectively
• Support enhanced recovery pathways
• Work collaboratively with consultants, physiotherapists, and the wider MDT
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with NMC guidelines

About You

• Registered Nurse (RGN) with active NMC registration
• Experience in orthopaedics, spinal surgery, or acute surgical settings preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Confident working across mixed shifts (days, nights, weekends)
• Excellent communication and team-working abilities
• Committed to delivering exceptional patient care
