Are you an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager looking for your next opportunity within a high-quality elderly care service?

A well-established care provider is seeking a confident and capable Deputy Manager to join a welcoming nursing home specialising in assisted living and senior care. The service is committed to delivering person-centred support within a respectful and homely environment, where dignity, independence and wellbeing remain at the heart of everything they do.

This position is ideally suited to a candidate who is already operating at Deputy Manager level within a nursing or residential care home and is confident supporting the overall leadership and performance of a service.

Working closely with the Home Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring clinical excellence, regulatory compliance and strong team leadership across the home.

About You

• Registered Nurse qualification with active NMC registration.
• Current or recent experience in a Deputy Manager role within a nursing home environment.
• Strong clinical knowledge, particularly in dementia and complex elderly care.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop care teams.
• Confident in medication management, care planning and clinical governance processes.
• Sound understanding of safeguarding and regulatory frameworks within adult social care.
