Deputy Manager ( Nurse / RGN / RMN )
Location: Outskirts of Canterbury
Salary: £50,000
Hours: 40, Monday – Friday
 
A modern, luxury home is looking for a proactive and compassionate Deputy Clinical Home Manager ( Nurse ) to join their leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nurse ( RGN / RMN ) seeking a hands-on management role focused on person-centred care and team development.
 
You’ll play a key part in leading nursing and care teams, shaping care delivery, and maintaining high standards across the service. If you’re a strong communicator with a clinical background and a passion for driving quality, this could be your next move.
 
 Key Responsibilities

• Provide visible nursing leadership across the home
• Assess individual care needs and create responsive care plans
• Support staff training and promote best practice
• Collaborate with families, residents, and external professionals
• Drive improvements and contribute to a positive care culture

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Nurse ( RGN / RMN ) with valid NMC pin 
• Experience with care planning and clinical documentation
• A confident, forward-thinking leader with a solution-focused mindset
• Passionate about empowering teams and residents through strong collaboration
