£55,000 – £65,000
 
Are you an experienced clinical leader looking to take ownership of a modern, well‑run learning disability service?
 
We’re seeking a passionate, nurse‑qualified Home Manager ( RGN / RNLD ) to lead our established Learning Disability Nursing Home near Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on driving quality, empowering teams, and delivering exceptional person‑centred care.
 
 
What We’re Looking For:

• Registered Nurse ( RNLD / RGN ) with an active NMC pin
• Strong background supporting adults with learning disabilities, complex needs or mental health conditions
• Proven leadership experience within a care or nursing home setting
• Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements, compliance and best practice
• A calm, supportive, and proactive approach to service management
• Passion for developing teams and maintaining high standards across all areas
