Registered Manager – Residential Service
Lancaster
£45,000 – £50,000
We’re supporting a residential provision within a college setting to recruit an experienced CQC Registered Manager. You’ll take the lead on the day‑to‑day running of the service, ensuring it’s safe, compliant and delivering genuinely person‑centred support.
What You’ll Be Doing
– Leading the residential service and maintaining high‑quality, person‑centred care
– Ensuring full compliance across safeguarding, health & safety and regulatory standards
– Managing and developing staff teams, including Deputies, Team Leaders and Seniors
– Overseeing budgets, staffing levels and effective resource planning
– Using internal systems to track incidents, training, compliance and service quality
– Working with external professionals, commissioners and partner agencies
– Supporting staff induction, training and ongoing development
– Driving continuous improvement across the service
