Private Hospital – Kingston Upon Thames
Full Time | Permanent
Salary: Up to £44,000 + Enhancements

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Theatre Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner to join the Recovery team within a respected Private Hospital in Kingston Upon Thames. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a modern, well-equipped environment with strong clinical standards and supportive multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality post‑operative care within the Recovery unit
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and clinical condition following surgery
• Work collaboratively with the wider theatre team to maintain safe and effective practice
• Support clinical governance, safety standards, and best practice guidelines
• Deliver patient‑centred care in line with the hospital’s values and policies

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (NMC) or ODP (HCPC) qualification
• Recovery experience within theatre or perioperative services
• Strong clinical decision‑making skills
• Commitment to excellent patient care and safety
