We’re working with a well-established nursing, residential, dementia and respite home in Middlesbrough who are looking for an experienced Home Manager to take the lead.

This role would suit someone who enjoys being hands-on, leading from the front, and building a strong, positive team culture. Whether your background is clinical or non-clinical, what matters most is your ability to run a home effectively and deliver high standards of care.

You’ll be responsible for the overall day-to-day running of the service, from managing the team and maintaining compliance, to keeping occupancy strong and ensuring residents receive the best possible care.

About you

• Previous experience as a Home Manager is essential
• Open to both clinical and non-clinical backgrounds
• Good working knowledge of CQC and compliance processes
• Comfortable managing occupancy, budgets, and overall performance
• A confident, approachable leader who can support and develop a team
• Genuinely cares about delivering quality care and improving services
