Psychologist – Children’s Learning Centre / School Setting
Market Bosworth
Full Time, Permanent (Full-time or Term-time Considered)
Salary: Up to £74,000

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HCPC-Registered Psychologist to join a well-established children’s learning environment in Market Bosworth.

This is a rewarding opportunity to work directly within a school-based setting, supporting children and young people with a wide range of needs.
You will play a key role in delivering assessments, interventions, and psychological support tailored to pupils with complex presentations, working closely with school leadership, teachers, SEN teams, and external professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality psychological assessments and evidence‑based interventions.
• Work directly within the school environment supporting children across SEN, SEMH, PMLD, CAMHS-level needs, and neurodevelopmental profiles.
• Contribute to EHCP processes, behaviour support plans, and wider school strategies.
• Deliver consultation, supervision, and training to staff within the setting.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multi‑disciplinary professionals to support learning and wellbeing.

Requirements

• HCPC Registered Psychologist (Clinical, Educational, Counselling, Forensic).
• Experience working with children and young people in schools, learning centres, CAMHS, SEN, SEMH, or PMLD environments.
• Strong assessment, formulation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a school setting.
