Salary: Up to £54,000

About the Role

We are recruiting an experienced and motivated Speech and Language Therapist to join a specialist educational setting in Market Bosworth. This role involves working directly within a school environment, providing high‑quality communication assessments, interventions, and support for children and young people with diverse and complex needs.

This is a rewarding opportunity to work collaboratively with teachers, SEN teams, and multi‑disciplinary professionals to help pupils achieve meaningful progress in communication, learning, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver specialist SALT assessments, intervention plans, and therapy sessions.
• Work with children presenting with SEN, SEMH, PMLD, developmental language disorders, CAMHS-level needs, and neurodiverse profiles.
• Support EHCP processes and contribute to communication‑focused strategies within the school.
• Provide consultation, advice, and training to staff to enhance communication support across the setting.
• Work closely with families, teachers, and wider professionals to ensure consistent, holistic support.

Requirements

• Qualified Speech and Language Therapist with HCPC registration.
• Experience working with children and young people in school, SEN, CAMHS, or specialist learning environments.
• Strong assessment, communication, and multidisciplinary working skills.
• Commitment to delivering inclusive, child-centred therapy.
