Are you an experienced Deputy Manager looking for your next opportunity in a well-run nursing home?
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursing home based in Southampton, seeking a confident and capable Deputy Manager to join their team.
This role is ideally suited to a nurse-qualified professional who is already working at Deputy level within a nursing home and is looking for a fresh challenge within a supportive environment.
About the role:
As Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and compliance are consistently delivered. You will lead by example, support and mentor the team, and play a key role in maintaining a positive and effective working environment.
What we’re looking for:
- Active NMC registration (RGN or RMN)
- Proven experience working at Deputy Manager level within a nursing home
- Strong clinical leadership and decision-making skills
- In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and compliance
- A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
