We’re seeking experienced Interim Home Managers  to provide strong, steady leadership to care homes in Croydon / Maidstone and Crawley. You’ll bring confident operational oversight, excellent people‑management skills, and the ability to quickly stabilise, support and drive quality.

• Proven Home Manager or Interim Manager experience
• Strong CQC knowledge and ability to lead services
• Hands‑on leadership style with a focus on staff engagement and resident experience
• Immediate availability
