Clinical Home Manager

£70,000

Are you an experienced Nursing Home Manager with a proven track record of leading successful CIW inspections and delivering outstanding clinical care?

We’re looking for a confident and capable Home Manager to lead a well-established nursing service in Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong clinical leader who understands what “good” looks like and knows how to achieve it.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the day-to-day running of a nursing home
• Driving compliance with CIW standards and regulations
• Preparing for and managing CIW inspections
• Ensuring high-quality, person-centred clinical care
• Managing budgets, occupancy, and overall home performance
• Building and motivating a stable, high-performing team
• Creating a positive environment for residents, families, and staff

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager (essential)
• Active NMC PIN 
• Strong, demonstrable knowledge of CIW frameworks and inspection processes
• Experience improving or maintaining strong inspection ratings
• Commercial awareness and sound financial management skills
• A visible, hands-on leadership style
