Are you an experienced Home Manager ready to lead a residential home in Cambridge?

We’re looking for a hands-on, compassionate Home Manager to run a medium-sized residential home, delivering outstanding care and leading a dedicated team. 

What you’ll do:

• Lead and inspire the care team, ensuring high-quality, resident-focused care.
• Manage daily operations, staffing, and budgets efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and all regulatory requirements.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.
• Drive initiatives that improve residents’ quality of life and staff satisfaction.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous home management experience in a residential setting.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of care regulations and CQC standards.
• Compassionate, approachable, and resident-focused attitude.
