About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join a well-established private hospital in South Wales as Hospital Director. This is an exciting opportunity for an existing Hospital Director or a senior healthcare professional ready to step into their first Director-level role.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across all hospital functions
• Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care, safety, and clinical excellence
• Drive commercial performance, efficiency, and sustainable growth
• Lead, inspire, and develop multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain regulatory compliance and governance standards
• Build strong relationships with consultants, stakeholders, and external partners

About You
We welcome applications from candidates with a strong background in hospital operations and leadership, including:

• Existing Hospital Directors
• Associate Directors or Deputy Directors
• Directors of Operations
• Commercial Directors with healthcare experience

  
Essential Experience & Skills

• Proven leadership experience within a hospital setting (private or NHS)
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Demonstrable experience managing teams and complex operations
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• A track record of driving performance and service improvement
