Are you an experienced Home Manager ready to take the next step in your leadership career?

We are working on behalf of a boutique care provider to recruit a proven Home Manager to lead a well-established care service. This is a key leadership role requiring strong operational, clinical, and regulatory expertise, with full accountability for the quality, compliance, and performance of the home.

The successful candidate will have previous experience at Home Manager level within a care home setting (essential), with a strong track record of CQC compliance, staff leadership, and delivering high standards of person-centred care. You will be responsible for driving service quality, managing budgets and occupancy, and ensuring a positive culture across the team.
