We are seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead an elderly residential care home. You will be responsible for the overall day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and a safe, supportive environment for residents.
This role comes with strong support from an experienced Operations Team, who will work closely with you on compliance, quality, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the care home’s daily operations
- Ensure high-quality, person-centred care for elderly residents
- Maintain full compliance with CQC and regulatory standards
- Manage staff performance, training, and rota planning
- Oversee budgets, resources, and operational efficiency
- Act as key contact for residents, families, and professionals
- Work with the Operations Team to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Care Home Manager
- Background in elderly residential care
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good knowledge of CQC requirements
- Ability to manage staffing, compliance, and operational pressures
- Strong communication and organisational skills
