We are seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead an elderly residential care home. You will be responsible for the overall day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and a safe, supportive environment for residents.

This role comes with strong support from an experienced Operations Team, who will work closely with you on compliance, quality, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the care home’s daily operations
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred care for elderly residents
• Maintain full compliance with CQC and regulatory standards
• Manage staff performance, training, and rota planning
• Oversee budgets, resources, and operational efficiency
• Act as key contact for residents, families, and professionals
• Work with the Operations Team to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Care Home Manager
• Background in elderly residential care
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good knowledge of CQC requirements
• Ability to manage staffing, compliance, and operational pressures
• Strong communication and organisational skills
