Are you an experienced Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager looking for a focused clinical leadership role in a supportive nursing home environment?

Clinical Lead – Nursing Home (Elderly Care)
Surrey
£50,000 – £55,000 per annum

We’re working on behalf of a well-established nursing home in Surrey to recruit a Clinical Lead to oversee clinical standards across their elderly nursing service. This is a key leadership role, working closely with the Home Manager, Deputy Manager and Unit Manager to ensure safe, effective, and person-centred care is consistently delivered.

This role is suitable for an experienced Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager with strong clinical responsibility. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership across the nursing team
• Oversee care planning and ensure accurate, up-to-date documentation
• Maintain CQC compliance and strong clinical governance
• Lead on medication management and audits
• Support quality assurance and continuous improvement
• Act as a key point of contact for families and professionals
• Mentor and support nursing staff

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with valid NMC PIN
• Experience as a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager in a nursing home
• Strong knowledge of elderly care and CQC standards
• Confident leader with excellent communication skills
