About the Role We are working with a prestigious, luxury care provider seeking an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join one of their flagship services in Surrey. This is a key leadership position within a well-established, high-end care home delivering exceptional residential and nursing care to older adults.
Working closely with the Home Manager, you will help lead the clinical and operational performance of the service, ensuring consistently high standards of care, compliance, and team development within a premium environment.

About You

• Registered Nurse qualified (RGN preferred, RMN considered)
• Proven experience at Deputy Manager level within a care home
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance frameworks
• Confident leadership style with the ability to inspire and support teams
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
