Newly Qualified Registered Nurse / Staff Nurse
Private Addiction & Rehabilitation Hospital
Up to £40,000 per annum
Full‑time | Permanent

We are welcoming applications from newly qualified Registered Nurses to join a private addiction and rehabilitation hospital, supporting patients through detox, recovery, and stabilisation in a safe and supportive environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified nurse looking to develop confidence and skills within a structured, multidisciplinary setting, with full support and supervision provided.
The role is full‑time and permanent, working 3 x 12.5‑hour shifts per week across a mixed rota of days, nights, and weekends.

The Role

• Deliver compassionate, person‑centred nursing care within an addiction and rehab environment
• Support patients during detoxification and recovery programmes
• Administer medications and monitor physical and mental wellbeing
• Work closely with the wider MDT including therapists and medical staff
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold safeguarding standards

About You

• Registered Nurse (NMC) – newly qualified nurses encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in addictions, rehab, detox, or mental health is desirable but not essential
• Nurses from all training backgrounds will be considered
• Compassionate, resilient, and motivated to work in recovery‑focused care
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car
• Able to work a mixed shift pattern including days, nights, and weekends
