Psychologist (Counselling / Forensic / Educational / Clinical)
Location: Nuneaton
Salary: Up to £74,000 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Full-time or term-time options available

The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Psychologist (Counselling, Forensic, Educational or Clinical) to join a specialist school-based setting in Nuneaton.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team, supporting children and young people with a range of complex needs in a structured and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver psychological assessments and interventions for children and young people
• Work collaboratively with education staff and clinical teams
• Contribute to EHCP assessments and reviews
• Provide both formal therapy sessions and informal support within the school setting
• Support staff with behavioural and emotional strategies
• Maintain accurate clinical records and reports

Requirements

• Qualified Psychologist (Counselling, Clinical, Educational or Forensic)
• HCPC registration
• Experience working with children or young people (e.g. schools, CAMHS, SEN settings)
• Understanding of needs such as autism, ADHD, trauma, anxiety, or complex behaviours
• Strong team working and communication skills
