£90,000–£95,000 plus excellent benefits package

We’re partnering with an ambitious, high-quality elderly care provider that is entering an exciting phase of expansion and is looking for an experienced Operations Director to help drive the next stage of its journey.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded and people-focused leader with a strong background in multi-site elderly care operations. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting existing services, leading new commissions, and ensuring quality, culture and performance remain at the heart of everything the organisation does.

Working alongside a supportive and experienced senior leadership team, you’ll oversee operational performance across a growing portfolio, providing guidance and support to Home Managers while driving occupancy, quality, compliance and financial success. You’ll be equally comfortable discussing long-term strategy in the boardroom as you are spending time in homes, supporting teams and identifying opportunities for improvement.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys building high-performing teams, developing leaders, and creating environments where residents, families and colleagues can thrive. Experience of commissioning, turnaround projects, and scaling services within the elderly care sector will be highly valued.
