We’re currently working with a well-established residential care provider who is looking for an experienced and compassionate Care Home Manager to lead one of their services.
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care, strong leadership, and full regulatory compliance. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be shaping both the culture of the service and the experience of residents and staff.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading and supporting a care team to deliver high-quality residential and dementia care
- Overseeing personalised care planning and ensuring resident wellbeing is prioritised
- Ensuring safe and compliant medication management
- Maintaining full compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding, and health & safety
- Managing staffing, rotas, audits, and communication with families and external professionals
- Driving continuous improvement across the service
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a care home management role or strong Deputy Manager ready for progression
- Solid knowledge of elderly care and dementia care
- Good understanding of CQC requirements and safeguarding
- Level 5 qualified (desirable) or willing to complete with support provided
