Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of nursing care to patients across a variety of clinical settings
• Support the Ward Manager in the day-to-day running of the department
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior staff and healthcare assistants
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance, policies, and procedures
• Monitor patient care, maintaining accurate documentation and care plans
• Promote a safe, patient-centred environment at all times

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC registration
• Previous experience working within a hospital setting, ideally in a senior or supervisory role
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
