Clinical Lead 
Southampton
£47,000 per annum
Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays 

Are you an experienced Clinical Lead looking for your next opportunity to make a real impact within a high-quality nursing, residential and dementia care home?

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established care provider in Southampton for an experienced Clinical Lead to join their senior management team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident clinical leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional care, supporting nursing teams and maintaining the highest clinical standards.

Working alongside the Home Manager, you’ll provide strong clinical leadership across the service, ensuring residents receive outstanding, person-centred care while driving quality, compliance and continuous improvement.

About You

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin.
• Current or recent experience working as a Clinical Lead within an elderly care setting.
• Strong knowledge of nursing, residential and dementia care.
• Proven experience leading clinical teams and maintaining high standards of care and compliance.
