We are currently partnering with a well-established private hospital in North London (Mill Hill) to recruit a skilled Scrub Nurse / ODP to join their growing theatre team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a modern, well-equipped theatre environment, supporting a varied caseload across Orthopaedics, Ophthalmics, and Laparoscopic procedures.

The Opportunity

You will play a key role within the theatre team, delivering high standards of perioperative care while ensuring patient safety and clinical excellence at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality scrub support across:
  • Orthopaedic procedures
  • Ophthalmic surgery
  • Laparoscopic / minimally invasive procedures
• Ensure safe and effective patient care throughout the perioperative pathway
• Assist surgeons and theatre teams during procedures
• Maintain strict adherence to clinical governance and infection control standards
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative theatre environment

The Ideal Candidate

• Registered Nurse (NMC) or ODP (HCPC)
• Proven experience as a Scrub Practitioner
• Strong working knowledge of Orthopaedics, Ophthalmics, and Laparoscopic surgery
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for delivering high-quality patient care
