We are currently seeking an experienced Interim Endoscopy Nurse Manager to support a well-established service in St John’s Wood on a full-time, fixed-term basis.

This is a great opportunity for a strong clinical leader to step into a busy endoscopy unit and provide operational oversight, clinical expertise, and team support during an interim period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the endoscopy unit
• Lead, support, and manage the nursing team
• Ensure high standards of patient care and safety are maintained
• Maintain compliance with JAG standards and regulatory requirements
• Support service delivery, capacity management, and performance

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (NMC) with endoscopy experience
• Previous experience in a leadership or management role
• Strong understanding of endoscopy procedures and pathways
• JAG knowledge/experience preferred
• Ability to start at short notice
