Endoscopy Nurse Manager (Permanent)

Up to £55,000

We are currently seeking an experienced Endoscopy Nurse Manager to join a well-established service in St John’s Wood on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader to take ownership of a busy endoscopy unit, providing operational oversight, clinical expertise, and ongoing support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the endoscopy unit
• Lead, support, and manage the nursing team
• Ensure high standards of patient care and safety are consistently maintained
• Maintain compliance with JAG standards and regulatory requirements
• Support service delivery, capacity management, and performance

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (NMC) with endoscopy experience
• Previous experience in a leadership or management role
• Strong understanding of endoscopy procedures and pathways
• JAG knowledge/experience preferred
