Complex Care Nursing Manager
Location: South Norwood, South London
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum
Hours: Full-Time, Permanent, Monday–Friday

Find Medical is recruiting for an experienced Complex Care Nursing Manager to join a specialist 45-bed service in South Norwood, supporting adults with complex nursing needs.

The Role As Nursing Manager, you will provide clinical and operational leadership, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while supporting and developing a skilled nursing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically credible leader with experience in complex care environments who is looking to make a real difference within a specialist service.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration
• Previous management experience within a nursing or clinical setting
• Strong background in Complex Care, including experience in one or more of the following:
  • Complex Care Nursing
  • Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)
  • Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
  • High Dependency Unit (HDU)
  • Critical Care
  • Accident & Emergency (A&E)
• Knowledge and experience of:
  • Ventilator Care
  • Tracheostomy Care
