This is a fantastic opportunity to join a boutique elderly care organisation with an exceptional reputation and ambitious growth plans. As they continue to expand organically across the UK, they’re looking for an experienced Regional Support Manager to help drive excellence across their homes.

If you have a proven background as a Nursing Home Manager, Peripatetic Manager or Regional Manager within the luxury elderly care sector, this could be the perfect role for you.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a strong track record of delivering outstanding CQC outcomes and exceptional resident care.
• Has worked within high-end, premium nursing or residential care services.
• Thrives in an autonomous role, supporting multiple homes to achieve operational and clinical excellence.
• Is passionate about raising standards and making a genuine difference to residents’ lives.
