Deputy Manager (RGN Qualified) – Elderly Nursing Home

£55,000–£60,000 plus market-leading benefits package

Are you an experienced RGN-qualified Deputy Manager looking to join a small, friendly nursing home where you can genuinely make a difference?
We’re recruiting for a welcoming, well-established elderly nursing home that prides itself on delivering outstanding, person-centred care in a warm and supportive environment. With 2 supernumerary days each week, you’ll have dedicated time to lead, support the team and focus on maintaining the highest standards of clinical care.

We’re looking for a confident Deputy Manager who is passionate about elderly care, has strong clinical leadership skills and enjoys working closely with residents, families and the wider team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a provider that truly values its people and offers the autonomy to help shape the home’s continued success.

To be considered, you will:

• Be a qualified RGN with a valid NMC PIN.
• Have previous experience as a Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse within an elderly nursing home.
• Be passionate about delivering exceptional, person-centred care.
• Have strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach to supporting your team.
