Registered Nurse – Neurological Rehabilitation

We are recruiting for a Registered Nurse to join a specialist neurological rehabilitation service, supporting adults with complex neurological conditions following injury, illness or disease.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality, person-centred care while helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

The Role

• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to adults with complex neurological needs.
• Complete nursing assessments, care plans and risk assessments.
• Act as a Named/Primary Nurse for a designated group of patients.
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to support rehabilitation outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure high standards of care.
• Support and supervise Healthcare Assistants where appropriate.
• Practice in line with the NMC Code and current clinical guidelines.

Requirements

• Current NMC registration (RN).
• Right to work in the UK.
• Previous Band 5 (or equivalent) nursing experience within neurological rehabilitation, neuro-disability or complex care.
• Strong clinical assessment, care planning and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
