Clinical Deputy Manager

£24.51 per hour
36 hours per week – 12 hours supernumerary / 24 hours nursing

We are recruiting for an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join an established care provider in West Yorkshire.

Working alongside the Home Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care while supporting the nursing and care teams.

About You

• Active NMC PIN with significant nursing experience within adult social care.
• Previous experience in a senior clinical or management role.
• Strong knowledge of CQC, clinical governance and quality assurance.
• Experience coaching and developing care teams.
• Level 4/5 Health & Social Care qualification, or willingness to work towards one.
• Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills.
