Are you an experienced clinical leader looking for your next step? We’re recruiting for a Clinical Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day clinical leadership of the home.

About You

• Experienced in managing clinical teams and supporting a Registered Manager within social care.
• Hold an active NMC PIN.
• Good knowledge and practical use of clinical care systems and governance.
• Strong understanding of CQC, safeguarding and clinical compliance.
• Approachable, organised and confident working in a senior leadership position
