We are working on behalf of a fantastic care provider who are looking for a Care Assistant to join their night team in Blackwell, Carlisle.

As a Care Assistant, you’ll support residents throughout the night, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable and valued. You’ll work as part of a dedicated team to deliver personalised care while promoting dignity, respect and independence.
Key Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and support to residents with dignity, privacy and respect
• Building positive relationships and creating a welcoming home environment
• Supporting residents with their individual care needs
• Maintaining accurate care records and following agreed procedures and processes
• Working collaboratively with the wider care team to deliver excellent standards of care
