£48,000 – £52,000
 
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse / Senior Registered Nurse to join a modern, purpose-built nursing home. As Clinical Lead, you will provide strong clinical leadership, support nursing teams, and help deliver outstanding, person-centred care for elderly residents in a high-quality care home environment.

About You

• Valid NMC PIN and Registered Nurse ( RGN  /RMN / RNLD ) qualification
• Previous experience in a nursing home, care home, or elderly care setting
• Proven experience as a Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, or similar leadership role
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and support nursing teams
• Comprehensive knowledge of elderly care, clinical governance, and care home regulations
• Passionate about delivering exceptional resident care and improving quality outcomes
• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership abilities
