Clinical Lead ( RGN / RMN )
Watford
Salary: £55,000 – £58,000 per annum
 
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Lead ( RGN / RMN ) to join a well-established nursing home in the Watford area. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated nursing professional to take the next step in their career and play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care and supporting the wider care team.
 
The Role
As Clinical Lead, you will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the highest standards of clinical care, compliance, and resident wellbeing are maintained throughout the home. You will provide leadership and support to the nursing team, helping to drive continuous improvement and promote a positive and person-centred culture.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse qualification ( RGN or RMN ) with a valid NMC PIN.
• Previous experience working within a nursing home or elderly care setting.
• Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Leadership or senior nursing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional resident care.
