Home Manager – Luxury Nursing & Retirement Living

£95,000 + Bonus + Outstanding Benefits Package

Are you an experienced Home Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional care within a truly high-end, luxury environment?
We are working with a prestigious provider to recruit a Home Manager for a stunning country living nursing and retirement community in Oxfordshire. 
The successful candidate will have a strong background in elderly nursing care, excellent leadership skills and the commercial awareness required to manage a high-end service. You will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team, maintaining exceptional clinical and quality standards, building strong relationships with residents and families, and ensuring the continued success and reputation of the community.

This role would suit an ambitious and polished Home Manager who understands the expectations of a luxury provider and can combine outstanding care with strong operational and commercial performance.
The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Registered Home Manager within elderly nursing care
• A strong track record of delivering high-quality, person-centred care
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Strong commercial awareness, including occupancy and financial performance
• Experience within a luxury, premium or hospitality-led care environment would be advantageous
