Are you an experienced Home Manager looking for your next opportunity to lead a successful care service?

I’m working with a well-established care provider who is looking for a strong and confident Home Manager to take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of their service.

You’ll be responsible for leading the team, maintaining high standards of care, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving the overall performance of the home.

About You

• Proven experience as a Home Manager within elderly care.
• Experience managing a service of a similar size and client group.
• Strong CQC and regulatory knowledge, ideally with a Good CQC rating.
• Confident, hands-on leader with excellent people management skills.
• Strong organisational, communication and business management skills.
• Comfortable taking ownership and driving standards across the service
