Find Medical is currently recruiting for a Bank Staff Nurse to join a leading private surgical hospital in Glasgow.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse looking for flexible bank work within a modern private healthcare environment. We are seeking committed individuals who can support both inpatient and outpatient services, with availability to work 3 to 6 shifts per week.

The hospital delivers a wide range of specialist surgical procedures, including orthopaedics, cosmetic surgery, plastic surgery, and other elective specialties, offering the opportunity to work within a dynamic and rewarding clinical setting.

The Role

As a Bank Staff Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care throughout the patient journey, supporting both inpatient wards and outpatient departments as required.
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective and compassionate patient care.
• Support patients throughout their surgical pathway.
• Work across inpatient and outpatient services.
• Undertake patient assessments and clinical observations.
• Administer medications and treatments in line with hospital policies.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
• Work collaboratively with consultants, nursing teams and multidisciplinary colleagues.
• Ensure the highest standards of patient safety and care are maintained at all times.

About You Essential Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC registration.
• Previous acute hospital experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexible approach to working patterns.
• Commitment to working between 3 and 6 shifts per week.

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience within a private hospital setting.
• Surgical nursing experience.
• Exposure to orthopaedic, cosmetic or plastic surgery patients.
• Experience working across both inpatient and outpatient areas.
